NOTICE is hareby given that Courts will be held for revising the List of Voters— For the Electoral District of the City of Wellington, on THURSDAY, the 17th MAY, 1877, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, at the sideroom of the Odd Fellows’ Hall, Lamb-ton-quay, City of Wellington ; For the Wellington Country District, on THURSDAY, the 17th MAY, 1877, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, at the sideroom, Odd Fellows’ Hall, Lambton-quay, City of Wellington ; For the Electoral District of the Hutt, on FRIDAY, the 18th MAY, 1877, at_ eleven o’clock in the forenoon, at the Mechanics Institute, Lower Hutt; For the Electoral District of Wairarapa, on SATURDAY, the 19th MAY, 1877, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, at the Resident Magistrate’s Court House, Featherstou ; At which the claims of persons objected to will be determined. The names of persons proved to be dead will be expunged, The names of auy persons whose Christian names, or place of abode, or the nature of whose qualification shall be wholly omitted where by law required to be specified on the list, or whose place of abode, or the nature or description of whose qualification are insufficiently described for the purpose of being identified, will be expunged, unless the matter so omitted or insufficiently described be supplied to the satisfaction of the Revising Officer before he shall have completed the revision of such list of voters.
