J, DUNCAN has been favored with instructions from the Trustees of the Wellington Hospital to offer for public competition, on the above date— The leases of about TWELVE Sections of Land, containing about eighteen acres, more or less, for a term of twenty-one years, renewable for a further term of twenty-one years at an advance of 50 per cent. The land is at the rear of Wellington-ter-race, adjoining the grounds of the Botanical Gardens, and it is therefore unnecessary to add, possesses a truly magnificent view of the harbor, and of nearly every part of the city. The roads through the block are now' being formed, and a fine substantial bridge is in course of erection from Wellington-terrace. The annual rental will be fixed at low rates, thus holding out strong inducements for competition, and for the purpose of necessary immediate occupation.
