Note.— Very stormy from N.W. on the 3rd. barometer falling slightly: in night changed to S.E., and towards morning of 4th rained heavily. 70 of an inch falling iu less than an hour, and then cleared off. Very fine bright pleasant weather from 4th to 17th. Came on rain in night of 17th from S.E., and continued wet to 19th ; stormy during night of 19th.
