Fourteen first-class working bullocks, yokes, bows, chains, bush tackle, &c. Good deep-water wharf for shipping the timber. The mill, workmen’s huts, and store are built on a Government reserve for right-of-way, no rent payable. There is sufficient timber (rimu) close to the mill to keep it supplied for twelve years.
