Some time ago the Corporation cemented the footpaths on the eastern side of Willis-street, but owing we presume to some fault in the process of cementing, the path is now as slippery as glass, and uneven too. On Tuesday evening a gentleman slipped and broke his leg, and last evening another gentleman narrowly escaped meeting with a similar accident. It would be well if the City Surveyor would send" a man to notch the surface of the cement with a pick.
