DUNCAN has received instructions to sell by auction, on Tuesday, 24th inst., at 2 o’clock, at his salerooms, Panama-street— All that valuable and most desirable piece of freehold land, beautifully situated, on Wellington-terrace, being part of town section No. 195, having a frontage of 92 links by a depth of 114 links and 106 links respectively. TUESDAY, APRIL 24, At 2 p.m. HIGHLY IMPORTANT SALE OF LEASES TOR FORTY-TWO YEARS OF VALUABLE CITY PROPERTIES, BY ORDEE OP THE TRUSTEES OF THE WELLINGTON HOSPITAL. MR. R. J. DUNCAN has been favored with instructions from the Trustees of the Wellington Hospital to offer for public competition, on the above date— The leases of about TWELVE Sections of Land, containing about eighteen acres, more or less, for a term of twenty-one years, renewable for a further term of twenty-one years at an advance of 50 per cent. Each section will have a frontage to a formed metalled road, and every lot will be found suitable for the erection of first-class villa residences. The land is at the rear of Wellington-ter-race, adjoining the grounds of the Botanical Gardens, and it is therefore unnecessary to add, possesses a truly magnificent view of the harbor, and of nearly every part of the city. The roads through the block are now being formed, and a fine substantial bridge is in course of erection from Wellington-terrace. The annual rental will be fixed at low rates, thus holding out strong inducements for competition, and for the purpose of necessary immediate occupation.
