BY PUBLIC AUCTION, At his mart, Lambton-quay, Wellington, on WEDNESDAY, the 18th APRIL NEXT, The whole of that well-known run, the DRY RIVER STATION, situated at Wharekaka, in the celebrated Wairarapa Plains, a portion of the Provincial District of Wellington second to none in fertility and importance, and of vastly increasing value owing to the near approach of the completion of the main line of railway through its midst. The station property consists of 1639 ACRES FREEHOLD, AND 1010 ACRES LEASEHOLD, All laid down in English grass, and admitted to be as highly improved as any pasturage in the district.
