For Napier and Poverty Bay, per s.s. Rangatlra, on Tuesday, at 11 a.m. For Wanganui, per s.s. Stormbird, this day, at noon. . For Wanganui, per p.s. Manawatu, . this day, at 1 p.m. For Foxton. per s.s. Tui, this day, at 4 p.m. For Lyttelton. Port Chalmers, and Bluff, per s.s. Wanaka, this day, at 1 p.m. For Lyttelton. Port Chalmers, and Bluff, per s.s. Taupo, on Tuesday, at 2 p.m. Edward D. Butts, Chief Postmaster. April 4.—Bombay to Aden cable is now successfully duplicated. This gives duplicate cable communication between India and England. The Penang-Eangoon cable is expected to be ready for traffic to-morrow.
