HIGHLY IMPORTANT SALE OF LEASES FOR FORTY-TWO YEARS OF VALUABLE CITY PROPERTIES, BY ORDER OF THE TRUSTEES OF THE WELLINGTON HOSPITAL. PRELIMINARY NOTICE. MR. R. J. DUNCAN has been favored with instructions from the Trustees of the Wellington Hospital to offer for public competition, about the middle of March next, the date of which will be advertised in due course— The leases of about TWELVE Sections of Land, containing about eighteen acres, more or less, for a term of twenty-one years, renewable for a further term of twenty-one years at an advance of 50 per cent. Each section will have a frontage to a formed metalled road, and every lot will be found suitable for the erection of first-class villa residences. The land is at the rear of Wellington-ter-race, adjoining the grounds of the Botanical Gardens, and it is therefore unnecessary to add, possesses a truly magnificent view of the harbor, and of nearly every part of the city. The roads through the block are now being formed, and a fine substantial bridge is in course of erection from Wellington-terrace.
