DUNCAN ha 3 been favored with instructions from the Trustees of the Wellington Hospital to offer for public competition, about the middle of March next, the date of which will be advertised in due course — The leases of about TWELVE Sections of Land, containing about eighteen acres, more or less, for a term of twenty-one years, renewable for a further term of twenty-one years at an advance of 50 per cent. Each section will have a frontage to a formed metalled road, and every lot will be found suitable for the erection of first-qlass villa residences.
