DUNCAN has been favored with instructions from the Trustees of, the Wellington Hospital, to, offer for publio competition, about the middle of March next, the date of which will be,;advertised in due course — The leases of about TWELVE Sections Of '.:'■ Land, containing about eighteen acres, more or less, for a term of twenty-one years, renewable for a -• further term of twenty-one years at an advance of 50 per'cent. Each section will have a to a formed metalled road, and every lot will be found suitable for the erection of first-class villa residences. The land is at the rear of Wellington-ter-race, adjoining the grounds of the Botanical Gardens,- and - it is therefore unnecessary to add, possesses a truly magnificent view of the harbor, and of nearly every part of the city.
