DUNCAN has been favored with instructions from the Trustees of, the Wellington Hospital, to, offer for publio competition, about the middle of March next, the date of which will be,;advertised in due course — The leases of about TWELVE Sections Of '.:'■ Land, containing about eighteen acres, more or less, for a term of twenty-one years, renewable for a -• further term of twenty-one years at an advance of 50 per'cent.
