She will proceed North in the afternoon. The steamers Tui and Napier sailed for Foxton yesterday evening. That handsome brigantine the Anthons Is announced ior sale. Particulars may be obtained from the agents, Messrs. W.;andG. Tumuli and Co., ortho captain. A vessel, supposed to he the topsail schooner Theresa, from Timaru. arrived in port last night. Last night the southerly wind which blew all day, freshened np, accompanied with heavy showers of rain, and at 10 o’clock it blew "great guns” in the harbor.
