The steamer Stormbird having been detained from Tuesday left at 5.30 p.m. yesterday for Wanganui. The p.s. Lyttelton left Blenheim at 6 a.m. yesterday, and arrived here at 1 p.m.' Had fresh southerly wind across. V ''_... Taupo, Captain Carey, arrived here the South at 11 a.m. yesterday. She left Port Chalmers at 1.30 p.m. on the 12th, and made Lyttelton next morning ; sailed at 6.30 p.m., and arrived here as above. She was to have sailed North at 7 o'clock this morning.
