DUNCAN is instructed to sell by public auction, on Tuesday, 3rd April, at his salerooms, Panama-street, Wellington, at 2 o’clock— Sections No. 26 and 27 on the plan of Greytown Block, containing 84 acres really' excellent land, perfectly level, having splendid soil; within one mile of the flourishing township of Greytown, admirably situated for an extensive dairy farm, tea gardens, &c., &c. Together with A Seven-roomed House, good dairy, stock shed, pig styes, and all necessary outhouses, and two good orchards well stocked and watered. Each section will have a frontage to a formed metalled road, and every lot will be found suitable for the erection of first-class villa residences. The land is at the rear of Wellington-ter-race, adjoining , r the grounds of the Botanical Gardens, and it is therefore unnecessary to add, possesses a truly magnificent view of the harbor, and of nearly every part of the city. The roads through the block are now being formed, and a'fine substantial'bridge is in course of erection from Wellington-terrace, Plans of the above will be ready and_ may be had on application from the auctioneer about 20th February, The annual rental will be fixed at low rates, thus holding out strong inducements for competition, and for the purpose of securing immediate occupation.'
