In order to; prevent crowding on the wharf, the Wharfinger is instructed to employ carts to deliver goods to their destination immediately on their being landed from vessels ; cartage to be charged in the accounts at the usual tariff. The goods 'of consignees who object in writing to this rule are to be stored, mid a storage rate charged unless conveyances are ready to receive them immediately on their being landed.
