In order to allow Consumers of Gas and the public: to become Shareholders ■in the Company, the Directors have resolved to receive applications for the newly-created capital of the Company, viz., £20,000, divided into 2000 shares of .£lO .each,, at a premium of 50 per cent., the premium received with each call being added to the reserve fund. Applications for shares will be received at the Company’s Office, where forms of application can be obtained, until the. 15th FEBRUARY next, and must be accompanied by a deposit of ‘ 15s. per share.
