DUNCAN has been favored j.T-1- '-"'with instructions from the Trustees of the Wellington-Hospital to offer for public competition, about the middle, of March next, the date ,of which will be advertised in due course—.' The leases of about TWELVE Sections of Land, containing about eighteen acres, more or less, for a term of twenty-one years, renewable for a further term of twenty-one years at an advance of 50 per cent.
