WELLINGTON DISTRICTS HIGHWAY BOARD.

The ordinary monthly meeting; of the Wei- ' lington District Highway Board was held yesterday morning at 11* o'clock. ; . There were pretent: Mr. Mason (in the . chair),' Messrs.,!
