Brown’s scull and £5 ; second, £l. Starts at 5.30. The above races, weather permitting, will be rowed on the courses as laid down on the plan. It has an established reputation for being the house where you can rely on the goods being exactly what they are represented; where every article within the trade can be made to order,-at any price to suit the wishes of customers; and where about £2OOO worth of Saddlery and Harness of all softs is kept in stock. The shop is a plain one, but customers will find by- the price asked, that they are not required to pay for plate glass fronts. : Merchants, Saddlers, and Storekeepers are invited to call and judge for themselves of the capabilities of the little shop. In order to allow Consumers of Gas and the public to become Shareholders in the Company, the Directors have resolved to receive applications for the newly-created capital of the Company, viz., £20,000, divided into 2000 shares of £lO each, at a premium of 50 per cent., the premium received with each call being added to the reserve fund.
