MILLER has received positive . instructions from the owner of the above properties, Alex. The whole of the lands are under English grasses, watered by seven artesian wells, and are divided into numerous paddocks, each having all requisite surface drainage provided for. To ensure this result, the reserve is really nominal, having now been reduced to a sum far below value. The terms will be easy, as about two-thirds remains on mortgage at 7 per cent, for 8 years.
