In order to allow Consumers of Gas and the public to become Shareholders in the Company, the Directors have resolved to receive applications for the newly-created capital of the Company, viz.,, £20,000, divided into 2000 shares of £lO each, at a premium of 50 per cent., -the premium received with each call being added to the reserve fund. Applications for shares will be received at the Company’s Office, where forms of application can be. obtained, until the 15th FEBRUARY next, and must be accompanied by a deposit of 15s. per share. Calls to be made at the d’’scretion of the Board of Directors, but are not to exceed 15s. per share at date.of allotment, arid 15s. per share at intervals of not less than three months.
