VENNELL has received instructions from the mortgagees to sell by public auction the residue of the lease of that valuable property in Molesworth-street, viz. : — All that piece or parcel of land, being part of section No. 545, city of ] Wellington; bounded- on the north by part of the said section 545, HO links; on the east by Moles-worth-street, 140 links ; on the south by section 578, 230 links; and towards the north-west by part of sections numbered 572 and 573, 242 links. Halcombe, Esq., Agent to the Emigrant and Colonists’ Aid Corporation (Limited), to sell by public auction, at their salerooms, Custom House-quay, on THURSDAY AND FRIDAY, 25th and 2Gth JANUARY, 1877, Commencing each day at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, Hie following valuable lands About 100 Town and Suburban Sections at Feilding, hitherto reserved from sale. The Town of Halcombe Suburban Sections of Halcombe About 4000 acres of rural land, adjacent to Feilding and Halcombe. The Town and Suburbs of Halcombe are situated on the main Railway line between Wanganui and Foxton, which is completed through Feilding to within four miles of Halcombe and when finished will complete the connection between Wanganui and Foxton. These lands have been open for eight months to bona fide residents only, and now contain a population of over 400.
