J. DUNCAN has been favored with instructions from Mr. Charles Brown, in. consequence of his leaving Wellington for Wanganui, to sell by, ' public auction, on Friday, 12th January— All that valuable piece cr parcel of land, No. 2,. being part of town section No. 656, containing 13 3-10 perches, more or less, and having a frontage of 36ft. 6in. to Tinakori-road, by a depth of 100 ft.; commanding one of the most beautiful views of the harbor in the city. The house, which has been most faithfully built, is quite new, having only been handed over by the builder on the 18th November last.
