DUNCAN has been favored with instructions from Mr. Charles Brown, in. consequence of his leaving Wellington for Wanganui, to sell by, ' public auction, on Friday, 12th January— All that valuable piece cr parcel of land, No. 2,. being part of town section No. 656, containing 13 3-10 perches, more or less, and having a frontage of 36ft. 6in. to Tinakori-road, by a depth of 100 ft.; commanding one of the most beautiful views of the harbor in the city.
