Pearce, Esq., to offer for sale on the above date (if not previously sold) — The fast-sailing cutter Hero, 29 tons register ; carries 25,000 ft. timber ; now discharging at the breastwork. Also, The beautiful little schooner Aspasia, 45 tons register, built at Auckland in 1566. This vessel is so well known to the maritime community in New Zealand for her sailing and general good qualities that she requires no comment from the auctioneer. Terms at sale. DUNCAN has been favored with instructions from Mr. Charles Brown, in consequence of his leaving Wellington for Wanganui, to sell by public auction, on Friday, 12 th January— All that valuable piece or parcel of land. No. 2, being part of town section No. 656, containing 13 3-10 perches, .more or less, and having a frontage of 36ft. 6in. to Tinakori-road, by a depth of 100 ft.; commanding one of the most beautiful views of the ■. harbor in the city.
