Beauchamp, Campbell, & co. will sell a quantity of Household Furniture, Delfware, Ac., &c., at their rooms, Lambton-quay, on Friday, sth January, at 2 o'clock. In consequence of so much Furniture coming forward for sale, Beauchamp, Campbell, and Co. are compelled to make an extra sale day for Friday. The goods are too numerous to mention, but may be seen iu the room. Sale on Friday at 2 o’clock, when the Furniture intended for sale on Saturday will be submitted, the quantity of horses far salo on Saturday precluding the Auctioneers selling more than the Books at their rooms at 12 o’clock. The horses will be shown to intending purchasers at the depot from 12 to 4 o clock p.m. every day up to the day of sale. Sale at 1 o’cloek. MANCHESTER BLOCK, MANAWATU. MESSRS. BETHUNE AND HUNTER have received instructions from A. F. Halcombe, Esq., Agent to the Emigrant and Colonists’ Aid Corporation (Limited), to sell by public auction, at their salerooms, Custom House-quay, on THURSDAY, 25th JANUARY, 1877, The following valuable lands About 100 Town and Suburban Sections at Feilding, hitherto reserved from sale. The Town of Halcombe Suburban Sections of Halcombe About 4000 acres of rural land, adjacent to Feilding and Halcombe. The Town and Suburbs of Halcombe are situated on the main Railway line between Wanganui and Foxton, which is completed through Feilding to within four miles of Halcombe and when finished will complete the connection between Wanganui and Foxton. These lands have been open for eight months to bona fide residents only, and now contain a population of over 400. With the exception of a small part of the Town, which is light bush, the whole of the Town and Suburban Lands are rich dry fern and Oax land, and as will be seen by the sale plans, the adjacent country is being opened up by roads converging on the Railway ■ Stations. TheßuralLands are subdivided into sections, varying from 40 to 500 acres, they arc all easily accessible to the Railway line, and some of them contain very valuable timber. The upset prices placed upon the land offered for sale are, with the exception of the Suburban Sections at Halcombe, less than have been realised by sales of the lands adjacent.
