The rnill is situated in the centre of the Manawatu district, having for its markets Palmerston, Feilding, Sandon, Foxton, and the adjacent settlements, now being rapidly peopled and advancing in material wealth, whilst the late Governmental concessions in the tramway rate opens the Wellington market for totara timber. All the machinery is of the best description, and in first-class order, the whole being covered in with substantial sheds. Terms at sale.
