The business which this Company proposes to conduct is, as its name'implies, of a twofold character; firstly, to provide security to employers for clerks and others in positions of trust and responsibility; secondly, to grant insurances against injury, or loss of life, resulting from accidents of whatever character. Branches are established in Auckland, Canterbury, and Otago, and will be extended to other places in the Colony as occasion arises. Each branch will be under the control of a local Board of Directors, and the Company has been fortunate in securing in this capacity the assistance of gentlemen of the highest standing and greatest experience in the respective localities.
