She sailed for the South, at 4 o’clock yesterday afternoon, and on arrival atDunedin she will againhe laid up, as the Taranaki will, resume running. The schooner Aspasia arrived here at 9 a.m. yesterday from the East Coast, with a cargo of wool for the St. Leonards. " • ’ The three-masted brigantine Panola cleared at the Customs yesterday for Auckland, where she will load Tor New York. The-cutter Dido, with a full cargo of produce, arrived from Blenheim yesterday at 4:30 a.m. She crossed the bar there at 10 o’clock the previous night, and after the first two hours out experienced strong southerly wind, V The p.s. Lyttelton left Blenheim at 10 a.m. yesterday; crossed the bar at 1 p.m,; and arrived here at 8 o’clock last evening. Fine weather across. She’ brings 200 bales wool for the St. Leonards. , The schooners Herald, for Terawiti, and Saucy Lass, for Pelorus Sound, sailed yesterday. The s.B. Wellington left for the North at 8.15 a.m, yesterday. The. steamers Stormbird for Wanganui, and Kennedy for Nelson and West Coast, sailed at 8 o’clock last right. ■■ The schooner Arthur Wakefield for Wanganui sailed yesterday morning, and the ketch Otaki for Otaki in tho afternoon. The topsail schooner Pelican, Captain. Hanning, left Pelorus Sound for Oamaru on Wednesday: but meeting with a fresh southerly wind at 10 o’clock on that night, she bore up for Wellington, and arrived at 3 a.m. yesterday. The Kiwi sailed at 6.45 p.m. yesterday for tho East Coast. Tho Easby will leave for Lyttelton and Port Chalmers to-day. The steamer Manawatu left for Wanganui at 8.19 p.m. yesterday.
