Sib, —Would you, through the columns of your valuable paper, allow me to draw the attention of the Inspector of Nuisances, the Board of Health, or the City Corporation (whichever of these parties it immediately concerns), to the. state of the Ghuznee-street. drains, which are in a condition to breed scarlet or any other fever.
