GRACE. _ This case had been adjourned from the previous day in consequence of a difficulty arising as to the proof of service of the copy of a petition upon the Solicitor-General, as required by the statute. Their Honors stated that they did not require to hear further evidence. Dr. Buller furnished the affidavit as required. His Honor the Chief Justice stated that there was now no reason why the rule should not be granted, and a rule nisi was granted accordingly. GORDON V. GORDON AND WILSON. This was a petition for a divorce, Mr, Allanappearing for the petitioner. Robert Gordon and three other witnesses were examined. The decree nisi applied for was granted; DYSON V. DYSON AND FORWARD. Mr. Bell appeared on behalf of the petitioner, who prayed that the Court would grant a rule nisi. Evidence having been taken, the Court held the petitioner’s case to be proved, and granted the rule. BROWN V. BROWN AND FULL. On the application of Mr. Pitt, who up. peared for the petitioner, a photographer in Nelson, the decree nisi asked for was granted. PELL V. PELL AND SHEPHERD. Mr. Pitt appeared’ for the petitioner, and the case having been beard, a decree nisi was granted. The Court then adjourned until 11 o’clock this morning. ,
