SUPREME COURT—IN BANCO.

: Monday, November 13, (Before His Honor the Chief .Justice.) There was a banco sitting of the Supreme Court yesterday morning at 10 o’clock. : KB LOUISA SMITH, JDN. This was ian adjourned application on a haieus corpus for the release of Louisa Smith, jun., at present in custody, charged with an indictable Offence. Mr. Barton appeared for the prisoner, and Mr. Bell for the Crown, i Mr. Barton intimated that he could submit no bail other than the father, and if his Honor thought this insufficient, he would withdraw the application. His Honor thought that there must bs at least two sureties, and remitted the prisoner to her former custody. There being no other business, the Court adjourned.
