Copies of the agreement and deed of consent between the Municipal Corporation and the promoters, order by the Superintendent of. the province authorising construction, contracts entered into to, specifications, plans of line of tramway, detailed estimates, and all papers and documents, may be seen by intending shareholders at the promoters’ offices, Temple Chambers. 13. All moneys on application for shares are to be deposited in the Bank of New Zealand in an account, “ Trust Account, Wellington City Tramways Company, Limited,” and will not be operated upon until a Board of Directors has been chosen by the shareholders and the company registered in due course. 14. Prospectuses and forms of application for shares may be obtained from the bankers, promoters, and at the offices, Temple Chambers, where every information will be afforded. 15.
