IT is hereby notified that at an adjourned meeting of creditors of the said John Alfred Edmondson and George Smith Sellar, held at the Supreme Courthouse, Wellington, on Friday, the twentieth: day of October, 1876, it was resolved that the affairs of the said John Alfred Edmondson and -George Smith Sellar should be liquidated under the said Act. ; ' And that John Smyllie McDewell Thompson, of Wellington, merchant, and Charles Effingham Capper, of Wellington, clerk, were appointed Trustees of the said estate. And further, that the said resolution and the declaration by the said John Smyllie McDewell Thompson and' Charles'Effingham Capper of their acceptance of the office of Trustees have been duly filed.
