In Bankruptcy. THE DEBTORS AND CREDITORS ACT, 1875. And in the matter of Liquidation of the Estate of CHARLES BEST, of Masterton, Blacksmith, aDebtor. IT is hereby notified that at an adjourned meeting of creditors of the said Charles Best, held at Wellington on Friday, the sixth day of October, 1876, it was resolved that the affairs of the said Charles Best should be liquidated under the said Act, and that Edward William Mills, of Wellington, merchant, was appointed Trustee of the said estate. And further that the said resolution and the declaration by the said Edward William Mills of his acceptance of the office of Trustee have been duly filed.
