In the Liquidation of the Estate of JOHN ALFRED EDMONDSON and GEORGE SMITH SELLAR, both of Wellington, lately carrying on business as Merchants, under the style of “ Edmondson, Sellar, and Co," Debtors. THIS is to give notice that we, the abovenamed John Alfred Edmondson and George Smith Sellar, have this day filed with the Registrar of the Supreme Court a statement, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, that we are unable to pay our debts, and that we desire to have our affairs liquidated under the said Act, and we hereby summon a first meeting of our creditors, to be held at the Supreme Courthouse at Wellington, on the 9th instant, at twelve o’clock noon, to consider the propriety of having our affairs liquidated under the said Act.
