In the Liquidation of the Estate of JOHN ALFRED EDMONDSON and GEORGE SMITH SELLAR, both of Wellington, lately carrying on business as Merchants, under the style of “ Edmondson, Sellar, and Co," Debtors. THIS is to give notice that we, the abovenamed John Alfred Edmondson and George Smith Sellar, have this day filed with the Registrar of the Supreme Court a statement, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, that we are unable to pay our debts, and that we desire to have our affairs liquidated under the said Act, and we hereby summon a first meeting of our creditors, to be held at the Supreme Courthouse at Wellington, on the 9th instant, at twelve o’clock noon, to consider the propriety of having our affairs liquidated under the said Act. Until the appointment of a Trustee, all persons having in their possession any of our effects must deliver them and all debts due to us must be paid to the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Wellington. Before the appointment of a Trustee, creditors, to enable them to vote at a meeting, must forward their proof of debt to the Registrar. I HEREBY give notice that under a writ of fieri facias, duly issued out of the Supreme Court, at the suit of Christopher Potts,, of Tauherenikau, I have taken in execution the equity of redemption of Cecil Augustus Curtis, of the City of Wellington, schoolmaster, in all that parcel of land, being part of section numbered 126 on. the official map or plan of the City of Wellington, commencing at the north-western corner of the said section, and extending thence in an easterly direction, and having a frontage on Ingestre-street of 69 feet and 7 inches, and extending back from Ingestre-street aforesaid in a southerly direction a distance of 84 feet, and forming a rectangular block, the western boundary of which coincides with the western boundary of the said section No. 126 ; and that I intend to cause the same to be sold at the auction rooms in Hunter-street, in the City of Wellington, of Mr. J.
