THIS is to give notice, that I, the abovenamed Cecil Augustus Curtis, of the City and Province of Wellington, schoolmaster, have this day filed with the Registrar of the Wellington District of the Supreme Court, at the City of Wellington, a statement, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, that I am unable to pay my debts, and that I desire to have my affairs liquidated under the said Act, and I hereby summon a first meeting of my creditors, to be held at the Supreme Courthouse, Lambton-quay, in the City of Wellington, on Monday, the 25th of September, 1876, atone o'clock in the afternoon, to consider the propriety of having my affairs liquidated under the said Apt.
