Pownceby, and next door to Mr. Cohen's jeweller's shop. The lease has two and a half years to run, and is let at the Tery low rental of £2 per week. DUNCAN bega to give notice JL to his friends and supporters, and to public generally, that in consequence of having disposed of his large auction rooms, corner of Lambton-quay and Panama-street, he will have the pleasure of selling off the balance of his stock-in-trade (duty paid and in bond) at public auction, without reserve. The first sale will take place on Tuesday, 19th September. The aalea will commence at 11.30 each day. Luncheon provided at 1 o'clock. Catalogues are in course of preparation, and may be had in the course of a few days. Further particulars will be duly published. Meantime the Auctioneer assures his old customer« and friends, that every lot must necessarily be sold without reserve ; and therefore respectfully invites their special notice to thewo bona fido sales.
