DUNCAN has received instructions to sell by public auction . Several valuable Building Sites at the extension of Petoni Township, next to Mr. Barton’s property. These sections are the most desirable in the district for marine villa residences —a number of them having been already taken up by influential gentlemen for building purpoaes._ The land is high, level, upon a gravel subsoil, and within ten minutes’ walk of the Petoni Station, and commands a magnificent view of the town and harbor of Wellington.
