DUNCAN has received instructions to sell by public auction— Several valuable Building Sites at the extension of Petoni Township, next to Mr. Barton’s property. These sections are the most desirable in the district for marine villa residences—a number of them having been already taken up by influential gentlemen for building purposes. The land is high, level, upon a gravel subsoil, and within ten minutes’ walk of the Petoni Station, and commands a magnificent view of the town and harbor of Wellington. The sections are marked out with numbered pegs, and have a frontage of 50ft. to Petoni Avenue, with a depth of 132 ft. Plans can be seen and all particulars obtained at the office of R. J. The auctioneer strongly recommends the above property to persona in the trade, or to capitalists, the owner’s only reason for selling being continued ill-health.
