■tOWN OF OAMARU, OTAGO, NEW CORPORATION DEBENTURES JTOR SALE BY PUBLIC TENDER. , , TENDERS will be received at the Council Chambers, Oamaru, oa or before the Ist day of OCTOBER, 1876, for the whole or any portion of £7500 (seven thousand five hundred pounds) value of Corporation Debentures. The Debentures are issuable under the authority and provisions of the Oamaru Gasworks Act, 1875, and bear interest at the rate of seven pounds per oontum per annum, payable half-yearly, at the option of any purchaser in oithei' London, Melbourne, Dunedin, Oamaru. The Debentures aro for £IOO each, or nucli higher amount as may be arranged with any purchaser, and will be redeemable in the year 1880. ■' ' The highest or any tender will not necessarily bo acceptod.
