Also, Foreman’s FOUR-ROOMED COTTAGE, and out-honses, garden, &c., together with about 30 acres of good volcanic land. Also, Adjoining, about 100 acres of good arable land, subdivided -with stone fences, which may be obtained with the above property or in smaller quantities. This property being the outlet for a large drainage area, together with the overflow from the City Water Supply, water for mill purposes may he obtained for great portion of the year. The Mill and Outbuildings are well adapted for any milling or manufacturing purposes, being only about two miles from the city by a good road, and five miles by water. A large portion of the land is cleared, laid down in grass, and subdivided with stone walls.
