Benjamin Smith and Co., to offer for sale by public auction, at his salerooms, Lambton-quay, Wellington, on Monday, the 7th of August, at 2 o’clock— That well-known Government Domain, the Lowry Bay Estate, now in the occupation of his Excellency the Marquis of Normanby. The property consists of 560 acres, more or less, part of which consists of rich level land, and the remainder of well-wooded hills, containing a large amount of useful timber.
