AGAIN ! DOWN AGAIN ! ! A GREAT FALL IN BACON. Down 4d. in the pound at BEAYIS’S ORIGINAL HAM AND BEEF SHOP. E. J. BEAYIS having during the last few months built three substantial buildings of brick and concrete expressly for pork cutting, lard making, salting, and smoke drying, is in a position to supply the public of Wellington with London breakfast bacon all the year round, cheaper for cash than any other house. His present stock, to start with, is about five tons, all own curing. It will be sold according to the part or quality—the price accordingly. E. J. BEAYIS is anxious to sell for cash, to enable him to keep up the supply of pork as he sells the bacon. The smokehouse, containing about 3000 cubic feet, is capable of smoke-drying about two tons at one time ; therefore, persons buying their provisions can have them smoke-dried at low rates.
