THE PAST RACING SEASON.
(Prom the Dunedin Evening Star.) The racing season 1875-76 having now ended, some particulars compiled by our sporting contributor, " Pegasus," may be found of interest. The past season commenced in September of last year, and was brought to a close by the Aramoho Steeplechase. The following tables speak for themselves. Tables showing the number of race meetings in each province, with the total amount of money added by the Jockey Clubs :
