GEORGE THOMAS has received instructions from Alexander Sutherland Allan, Esq., Registrar of the Supreme Court, Wellington, to sell by public auction, at his rooms, Bambton-quay, on Monday, duly 24, at 2 o’clock, under the provisions of the Conveyancing Act Amendment Act of 1860 — All that parcel of land containing by admeasurement 172 acres one rood and thirty-nine (39) perches, more or less, being part of the sections numbered 191, 202, and the whole of the section numbered 300 on the plan of the Taratahi Plain Block, in the Wairarapa District. There is a good dwelling-house and other buildings erected on the land. The property will be sold subject to a mortgage to the Trustees of the Permanent Investmentand Boan Association of Wairarapa, to secure £350 ; interest in payments extending over a period of fourteen years, from about the 30th of September, 1874; and also subject to any existing leases.
