Several lines in groceries are wanted, notably fine salt, now quoted at £7 per ton, vestas, &c; but generally stocks are heavy. <U Mr. G. Thomas' auction sale on the sth inst. the following prices were realised:—Figs, Bd.; De Eoubaix candles, 9id.; rice, 2d. per lb.; box tea, 15s. to 18s.; hf-chests, is. sd. to Is. 7d. per lb.
