(REUTERS SPECIAL TO PRESS AGENCY.) Melbourne, Tuesday. The charge against Sincock has been withdrawn, the Bank of New Zealand having effected a satisfactory settlement. Sydney, Tuesday. News from Solomon's Group reports that the captain and crew of the schooner Dancing Wave, while engaged obtaining labor for Queensland at Florida Island, were attacked by natives with tomahawks, received in barter. The captain was killed almost immediately, while the chief mate and steward, after receiving numerous wounds, shot themselves. One seaman escaped to a neighboring island. The natives, after plundering the vessel, left, and she was recovered andbrought on here.
