Government Notices STAMP FEE ACT, 1575. TOTICE is hereby given that the provi- -■■ - ,p Fee Act, 1875, will u in the offices of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, in all its jurisdictions, on the Ist January proximo. After that date all duties, fees, tines, and penalties payable to Registrars or Deputy-Registrars in cash, must be paid by means of stamps impressed or adhesive, as prescribed by the regulations made in pursuance of the said Act, and no cash will thereafter be received for any such fees, &c. Copies of these regulations and stocks of law court stamps may be obtained from the Deputy Commissioners of Stamps and the principal depositaries in the chief towns of provinces. Forms of writ, summons, subpoena, and others will be impressed at the head office for solicitors and others on receipt of requisition D and bank receipt for the amount less the authorised ' discount, together with the forms required to be stamped.
