The Foresters in Wellington will march in procession to grounds, leaving the District Chambers, Ghuznee-street, at 10 a.m. SPORTS -will commence at 11 sharp. Entries for races Nos. 1,2, 3,4, 5,6, and 7 to close on the 12th January, in Wellington ; and two provinces must be represented or no race. Entries for Races Nos. 8,9, 10, 11, and 12 to close on the 20th January, at 8 p.m., at the Pier Hotel, Wellington. Three boats to start 'or no race. Entrance money for race No. 9—Coasters—will be returned to any vessel that is not in the harbor on Regatta Day. _ First-class Yacht Race.—ln allowances'of time for tonnage, all Yachts under eight tons to measure as eight tons.
