Thursday, December 16. (Before J. C. Crawford, Esq,, R.M.) DEUNK AND INCAPABLE. John Johnston and Mark Sullivan, charged with the above offence, were each fined 65., or the usual alternative of twenty-four hours’ imprisonment. VAGRANCY. P. Wheeler was charged with being a vagrant. On the application of Sergeant Price he was remanded till Saturday. CIVIL CASES. Duncan v. Trask. Claim, £2B 2s. Id. Judgment for amount claimed and costs, £1 16s. Gibson v. Maxted.—Claim, £l7 14s. 2d. Judgment for amount claimed and costs. Mirbach v. Plimpton.—Claim, £2 10s. Nonsuited, with costs. Grace v. Hunter.—Judgment for amount claimed and costs. There were eleven other civil cases on the list. Five were adjourned, one was withdrawn, two went by confession, two in which the summonses were not served, and one in which judgment went by default.
